Today I went to get the information about renewal of my plan with Fido but instead of getting anything I was maltreated and insulted by a CSR (Loveleen) at the Fido outlet at Bramly City Centre. So I wanted to talk to the manager there but I was told to file a complaint online. so I am here. Now I am at home using my laptop to find a form to write down what happened at the store how insulting was that CSR but I cant find anything. So guys, Fido people can insult you for no reason, regardless wether you are their loyal customer or not.
