I want to turn off Voicemail messages and text notifications

Internet says to go to Manage my Account and look for Manage Add-0ns.  However that feature does NOT exist.  So, how can I cancel my voicemail account, and can I also stop getting text notifications on my flip phone that don't even download?

The Voicemail isn't one of the add-ons that can be managed on your online account, especially if it's included as a feature in your current plan. To have the Voicemail removed, you need to speak to an agent through customer service and they'll be able to help.
