I have recently signed up for Fido tablet data plan but Get no internet

Yesterday I signed up for table data plan at Walmart. However I do not get any internet connectivity. Please help

Hey rahul2302,

 

Welcome to the Community!

 

Are you using a non-Fido tablet?

 

If so, you'll need to make sure to set up Fido's APN Settings in order to be able to access your data. You can find all the info on how to do that in this article in our Community's Library.

 

If you have a Fido tablet, have you tried resetting the network settings to see if that changes anything?
