Hi, I tried to pay my bill online using my credit card. I made 3 attempts with 2 different cards but unsuccessful. I took a break and then tried again after some time. The 4th attempt was successful. However I was surprised to see my credit card showed all transaction go through and I have been charged at each attempt. Please let me know how to get refund for those payments. Thanks

Did the charges actually go through or are they pending on your credit card.
If they are pending and the charges did not go through they will fall off your credit card in a few days.
If the charges did go through you should see a negative balance on your Fido account. In this case you will need to speak to customer service and they can refund the charges.
