How to use the Vanilla mastercard to pay the bill?

My payment method now is Pre-Authorized Credit Card,and I have two Vanilla Mastercard and I want to use them to pay my bill,but I don't know how to use the card.

Hey there! 

I know this post is pretty old but I just wanted to provide some updated information.

At this time, both Prepaid Vanilla MasterCards and Prepaid Ideal Choice MasterCards are not accepted as methods of payment.

It will not work if you use it online or if you call customer service over the phone. It only works at a Fido kiosk. I had that problem last year when I was trying to use up one.
