How to remove bonus data from my line

Hi,

This maybe the strangest question ever posted here...

Me and my son are on $45/mo 4gb plan.

 

Recently I noticed my son got a bonus 3gb data added. I need to remove the bonus data.

As the only way I can control his online time is turning off his wifi but now with 7gb of data he doesn't care about the wifi anymore.

 

How can I remove bonus data from his line?

  If you wish to remove the bonus data, you would need to contact customer service. Alternatively, you might consider sending @FidoSolutions a PM. Once they verify some information, they'll also be able to access your account. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.

Thanks for a quick reply. I'm not seeing the Live Chat option on the website. Is it because it's sunday?

Also, how would I send a PM using @FidoSolution ?

  I'm not sure why you're not seeing the Live Chat option. Are you logged-into to Fido.ca?

 

  If you click on @FidoSolutions , a new page will open with their profile. Under the badges, there should be a Send a Message link.
