Can someone tell me how I can contact Fido to put the phone service on suspension for 6 months. I am currently in Asia.
I tried live chat and also called 1-514-925-4590 as suggested, but none of them work. I do not have face book nor twitter.
Please help me to get this done. Thanks

Correct, you'd need to get in touch with us for a temporary suspension. What happened exactly when you contacted us on Live Chat or at our International number? Was it during business hours?
Live chat : Weekdays 8am-12am, Weekends 9am-8pm. Over the phone: Weekdays 8am-9pm, Weekends 9am-5pm (Eastern Time)
Does the same thing happen if you try our Live Chat on a different browser?
