How to make Fido send me my Refund Cheque

I've been waiting for the refund cheque around $88 since March 2024 because I moved to another provider, unfortunately  I haven't received the cheque yet after I have called to Fido for many times and spent over 2 hours on the phone with them.  I also have spoken to a supervisor and ensured to me that I will receive the cheque in a few weeks! They have always broken their promises that I will receive the cheque for  A few weeks which is I haven't received until almost a year now! This is unacceptable Fido! If I owed Fido money, they already charged me interest! When will Fido send me the refund cheque?????!!!!

Hi @jeanmairemarie , I'm sorry you have been waiting so long. Are you sure they didn't credit your credit card? Just asking in case you may have missed seeing it. You can try contacting or escalating your inquiry by going Here  and filling out the report or concern page. Or contact Fido directly by calling 1-888-481-3436 directly.

Hello @jeanmairemarie,

 

Waiting since March 2024 is way too long. Did you move, by any chance? If you used to make your payment by credit card and still have that card, you can ask them to refund it and not send it by cheque. 

 

You might also consider contacting CCTS and explaining the situation and they can advise you if this is a valid complaint that they can help with.
