I ordered the iphone 5 by calling fido 10 days ago. keep getting emails saying my phone is on back order. When I sign in with my account I cant see what is my nymber in line. i wonder if there is a way to do that.

Sorry for the delay in responding to your post.
Since the order was placed over the phone, it is not part of the reservation system, therefore you do not have a # in queue.
You will receive an email as soon as the tracking information is generated so you can track the status.
