How to change home phone voicemail settings ?

I have a Fido Phone plan taht is coming with a voicemail.

Unfortunately the modem did not come with too much documentation about how to set it up.

I do have two problems that I am trying to solve:

- the welcome message is in French and I have no clue how to change it

- I do have a phone sustem with own voicemail so I want to change when Fido voicemail takes over (after how many rings it answers)

Contacted the customer support and they reset my voicemail. Still Fido lacks a Voicemail setup document.

You will need to contact customer service to have both of these requests done as they are the only ones that can do it.
