How to change Billing cycle

Hello.

I want to change my billing cycle date to 1st of every month to 30th of every month.

July1st - July 30th

My current billing cycle runs from 18th of the month to 17th of next month.

July18th - August 17th

I searched each single setting on phone and Online, also when called 611 nobody picks up the call.

Please help!

The day after you activate your phone is the first day of your billing cycle so there is no way to change your billing cycle.
