Hi i would like to opt out of Fido Roam service. How do i do that? Customer service is taking forever to answer:(

Unfortunately, you will need to contact customer service directly as they are the only ones that can remove the Fido Roam from your account, after you have opt-out you will be on a pay-per-use rate if you use your phone while roaming.
