How do I get Fido to correct a bill? I have tried calling many times as well emailing + chatbot
I have been charged a replacement cell phone that never got delivered
Customer service isn't available via email, but a good way to reach us in a similar manner is by sending us a message on Facebook, X or Instagram.
Note that if you prefer chatting live, you can ask the bot to transfer you to someone by typing ''chat with a rep''.
