How do I get Fido to correct a bill? I have tried calling many times as well emailing + chatbot 

I have been charged a replacement cell phone that never got delivered

We don't have access to your account from the Fido Community forums, but you can reach out through any of the methods listed here to speak with someone who can look into it. 

 

Customer service isn't available via email, but a good way to reach us in a similar manner is by sending us a message on Facebook, X or Instagram.

 

Note that if you prefer chatting live, you can ask the bot to transfer you to someone by typing ''chat with a rep''.
