How do I blacklist the IMEI of a lost phone?

My daughter, who uses a line of my account lost her Iphone 6 Plus.

I went through my account and suspended it but I don't think it blacklisted the phone. Do I have to phone in?

I also have no idea which Iphone 6 Plus it was (she broke her phone a couple of times and Fido might have sent her a new phone instead of repairing it).

hello, I have had an ipod its blue, would that be it cause it just charges, I wanted to talk to my friend she had his number on there

I'm not quite sure I understand what you mean but, if you think your device might be Blacklisted, you can check if that's the case on DeviceCheck.ca.

Welcome to the community!

 

You can contact customer service and let them know you lost the phone and they will be able to blacklist it for you.

If you don't know the IMEI number Fido will have the last IMEI number used on file.
