My daughter, who uses a line of my account lost her Iphone 6 Plus.
I went through my account and suspended it but I don't think it blacklisted the phone. Do I have to phone in?
I also have no idea which Iphone 6 Plus it was (she broke her phone a couple of times and Fido might have sent her a new phone instead of repairing it).

You can contact customer service and let them know you lost the phone and they will be able to blacklist it for you.
If you don't know the IMEI number Fido will have the last IMEI number used on file.
