Fido does not offer customer services via email. You would need to contact customer service. I understand you might be outside the Country currently. Alternatively, you might consider sending @FidoSolutions a PM. Once they verify some information, they'll also be able to access your account. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.

Thank you @Cawtau. I have messaged to @fidosolutions... and the ask JAck is not that helpful. I have queries on dues, where email says I've some amount to pay.. but myaccount says zero$ to pay.. so I'm confused. Thank you for your response anyways.
