How can I order a new sim card?

My phone was stolen awhile ago. I already reported it.

I recently bought a used phone so now I need a new sim card.

I looked everywhere and couldn't figure out how to do it. I found a post titled "ORDERING A NEW SIM CARD ONLINE" which had a reply with a solution but when I clicked the link in the response it was an expired url.

Any instructions would be greatly appreciated.

I contacted customer service and was told I have to go in store.  Is it possible to order a new sim online or by phone still?
