I have a phone plan with Bell for me and my daughter. I started a new plan for my son with Fido to test the water. Now I'm looking to switching to Fido completely but I want to keep my existing number. How can I do this online without having to go to a kiosk in the mall. I prefer not to burn money driving all the way to the city and then having to pay an activation fee on top of that.

Hi @Relence , you would first need to activate a new account with Fido and then port your number during the activation process, see this post on how to do it online
