I used up my data this month, so I just called Fido (611) and added a 2GB data top-up. But how can I know if it was added successfully? And how can I know the usage of my data top-up? I cannot find any record of this top-up in my account through both website and Fido app.

Do you have the Fido My Account App? You can log in to My Account or to fido.ca directly with your log in information to see your data usage !
The top up will reflect on the data tab and you will be able to see how much has been used. Also, once you are at 90 % of the usage you will be notified by SMS as well as when you reach 100%.

I’m having the same issue above. Only I’ve changed my plan a week ago. It showed usage after the change (24 hours later) then went to no usage available.

If you changed your plan mid-cycle you won't have access to your usage until your new cycle starts!
