It is the third time I’m chatting each time I’m waiting for an hour
My issue is I bought the phone from horrible fido they return it in 10 days
Bow my balance is more than 1000 dollar
I talked to customer service fist time they said it is credited and will fix soon
I talked with someone tgat named Karanvir and he didn’t answered at the middle of chat on purpose after an hour waiting
Now they charged me 30$ extra for late payment
How I can pay when my balance in more than 1000 dollar and didn’t have any phone.
