Is the actual bill total higher than what it should be? Usually, if you get a discount on the device financing the amount does not actually change you still pay the full amount but you receive the difference as a bill credit that gets applied to your plan.
If this is not happening I would suggest you refer to the contract you would have gotten from the store and then go back if there are any discrepancies.
