Hey there so I’ve bought the new iPhone 13 with 2 year contract and today I got to know that the plan prices dropped So how can I claim it ?

You would need to contact customer service directly and they will be able to make the adjustment and help you further.
You should also note that if the new plan is only for new customers and you are already a customer you may not qualify for it but customer service would be able to help you further, you can also try loggin into your account on fido.ca and if you see the plan there you can change it yourself.
