I permanently canceled my cell phone bill around October 31. And the staff said, I only need to pay for November and December plans. I definitely paid for November and December plans. But I kept getting emails and -30$ popped up, so I pressed automatioc payment to pay. When I paid, it's now -60$ now. I wonder what happened, and I'm already out of Canada and permanently canceled, so can you tell me how to fix the situation? I recieved mail during 5 months. I wonder about this happening. Do I have to pay money?

You have a negative balance which means Fido owes you $120.76 since that is your last invoice it also means Fido will refund you the balance and they do it by sending you a cheque to the address on file which can take up to 6 weeks before you receive it. However, you can contact customer service and request the balance be refunded to the card used to make the payments but you need to make that request before the cheque is issued.
