Havent received my upgrade

I upgraded my samsung s9 to a s10 3 weeks ago and havent received an confirmation email ssying its shipped and my account is still showing my s9. Its been 3 weeks.

I'm really sad to learn you still haven't received your device, I understand this is not an ideal situation at all. 

 

Just to clarify, did you get an email saying that order was placed or that the order was shipped and it also included a tracking number?

 

Also, the following devices are out of stock right now:

 

  • Samsung Galaxy S10 128GB Black Certified Pre-owned 
  • Samsung Galaxy S10 128GB White Certified Pre-owned

while the following device model is no longer available at all

 

  •  Samsung Galaxy S10 128GB White
