Further to my last question two weeks ago about my 100 daytime minutes, the billing cycle I was told by Fido started on the 10th of every month. I watch my usage as I dont want to pay extra fees. I was at 70 minutes 2 weeks ago, now on the 15th of April it says 87 used out of 100. Has someone changed the billing cycle start date without letting me know?
