Have be charged when I use the temporary suspension service

Im traveling to China between June to September. I have contact a fido agent to choose the temporary suspension service for 3 months. However, the newest bill show me I need pay 70 dollars for July which include 56 Monthly charge and 7 suspension service fee. It's so confuse...why should I pay the monthly plan and pay the suspension service fee AGAIN? please help me, thanks.

And I just check my payment history, there is no passed due in my account

If you check your account balance on Fido.ca My Account or the Fido App, does it show that amount?

 

Or a different amount that would reflect more the Temporary Suspension fees?

 

Best thing to do would be to contact us so we check all that with you on the account directly Smiley
