Hi!  I changed my phone  and after switching my sim I was trying to make a call and it’s keep saying that this number is not in service. can you help me with this?

Is your new phone an official Fido Phone?

If not, is it unlocked?

Let us know also if you do a full restart of your phone, does this persist or it connects to the network?
