Hello @bamei72 , I received my credit today on my Fido billing. I don't know if you have a different billing date, but it is reflected on the billings I received today. You can check in your fido app under billing and invoice, view bill. Hope that helps
Depending on your billing cycle, it's possible that your bill came out too soon before the system could apply the credits. If you didn't get them on your last invoice, they will appear on the next one. Hope that helps!
