I have not seen any credit on my bill yet. Has anone gotten the promised compensation for the outage?

thanks, I check my billing every months, nothing yet. I hope it will show on the next bill, cycle date is the 14th.

I got the "sneaky increase" as well a couple of months ago. I even managed to get through to customer service per phone to compain, I was told it's the way it is. Of course the person on the phone can only tell me what Fido tells them - sucks!
