I have not seen any credit on my bill yet. Has anone gotten the promised compensation for the outage?

Hello @bamei72 , I received my credit today on my Fido billing. I don't know if you have a different billing date, but it is reflected on the billings I received today. You can check in your fido app under billing and invoice, view bill. Hope that helps

thanks, I check my billing every months, nothing yet. I hope it will show on the next bill, cycle date is the 14th.

I received mine on my latest bill on the 11th.
