I previously accepted the win-back offer together with my friend as well as the offer for iPhone XR. The offer is the $34 pre-deposit fee for each phone paid that time and required the $60 monthly fee for two years.
Last month, the bill was wrongly billed for one phone number phone (see attached last photo) and the staff made changes, as shown below in the third photo.
But this month, they asked the hardware charge again! (shown in the first and second photos) .
Could you fix the error and make it not exist anymore?
Upon taking a closer look at the images, it appears that you were billed $269 for the device after the initial correction was made. Do you remember on which plan category (Small, Medium, Large etc.) you were offered the phone? It is perhaps the upfront cost of the device?
