Hi, 

It's a HARASSMENT, not once but thrice. If you don't have something, why did you offer to your customers. I have worked with Sevice industry for 14 years but that never happened to me. I am looking for solution for my problem or else I am going to put this everywhere on social media or even to file a case.

How can the community be of help to you? Is there an issue with an offer that was extended to you? I would advise you to reach out directly to customer service and give them a chance to help with your issue.
