How do I cancel a phone I ordered just a few minutes ago

Welcome to the Fido Community!

 

You can only cancel the order through customer service if it hasn't been processed yet. Otherwise, you can refuse it at the time of the delivery and it would be returned back us back.

 

Were you able to get in touch with our customer service to cancel it? If not, I can send you a PM right here to look into its status.

 

Also, what made you change your mind?
