Got wrong charges on current bill

I got late payment charges $2.82 July 06, 2021. But I did not pay late on July. Because I got payment confirmed email on July 05, 2021, said Thanks for your payment. 

Payment Details
As of 02-Jul-2021, your updated balance is now $0.00.

How comes Fido charged me additional $2.82 for late payment charges? There must be something wrong! Plesase help me check it! Or someone has same situation as me, please sent me a meassage.

When is your payment due date and how did you make the payment?

Your dates don't add up if you get the payment confirmation on July 5th and your payment balance was $0 on July 2nd before you got the confirmation.

Because this is account related it's best to contact customer service and they can go over your account and best advise you on what is going on.
