I purchased a phone on November 20. I did not liked the device so I returned it next day on November 21. Fido still sent me a bill for 122$. The store manager says I do not need to pay anything. The customer service says I have to pay.
Why are you guys making fool of your customers?

Any charge for the phone you paid or were billed for should have been credited if you returned it. Have you been able to rectify this since your post?
