Got a overcharge on my bill.

I made two calls to a international number, and the record on my iPhone shows I called 2 and 1 minutes.


But I got a bill showing I called 3 and 2 minutes.


And I also got a roaming charge even I just passed near the US - CA board.

They are able to view your account information to answer your questions. One way to not get charged roaming when you are near the US border, is to change your phone settings to ask first before roaming. The long distance charges may be the billing by the minute, if you go past the minute by a few seconds, the charge will go to the next minute. I hope that answers your questions
