Can anybody explain to me how Fido costumer service not helpful at all!!! Iam getting frustrated! I called today and ask for a deal about my plan since Iam paying so much money for data that I only use when Iam at work to check my emails. Instead if helping me he gave me a lecture how to turn off apps when Iam using my data. I know that a long time ago! Is this how fido treat me after being with them for 13yrs. I ask if he can put me to someone that can help me but no he did not! He kept on bubbling things that half of it i dont need!
