Hi my name is Bernadette, I was at the Fido store at the Eaton Centre, DownTown Toronto, Time 3.15 today, The young man that service me today, I owe him my, His name is Douglas , I told this young I lost everything over a week ago, Everything was stolen from me on a street car last of the long weekend" My money all my my ID'S bank cards, Health cards, Dental card and my Prov,, ID card, Plus my cell phone. I was luckiy I had insurance on my phone. Put when I came to the store I did not have my Provincial ID Photo, He told me he could not help for that reason, Because of the kind heart this young man had, He work with me and the Fido store online to be able to open my phone so I could use it. He did just help me he help my granddaughter, If you only new how badly needed my phone. I than k him from the bottom of my Heart and the Kindness he show me today, Thank you again Douglas.
