Hi, how do I get my money back from bill overpays? I tried using the phone service but I no longer have a Fido phone number so it doesn't work, and I tried the live chat for a representative and waited for over 3 hours and didn't get a reply.

Hello @fid0_stop_aut_p,
if you canceled your service with Fido and had a credit on the account you will be refunded by cheque and it can take 6 weeks from when your final invoice has been produced.
You can still call customer service directly if the situation is different and you no longer have services with them, see here for the direct number and other methods to contact them.
