I have made the payment of first month .

But my fido services are not reactivated. 

They said that my credit limit is exceeded  it was $500.

What should I do ?

I am so much confused.

My account is suspended yet.

Since your issue is account related and you are confused as to what to do, you need to contact customer service and they can let you know what needs to be done in order to get your service re-activated.

 

You can contact customer service through any of the available methods listed here.

 

You can also contact Fido's Credit Operations team by dialing *732 directly from your mobile or 1-888-288-2106 from any phone.
