Fraudulent billing activity

Hi, I would like a billing error resolved please. Would this be the best place to do this? I find it difficult to call in since I don't have the time to do so. This forum would be easier.

sorry to hear that you have a billing issue. As this is a community forum consisting of fellow fido users, we don't have access to anyone's account. You would have to contact Fido by one of the following methods: call *611 from your device, contact fidosolutions on Twitter or Facebook.
