Fraud

Hello i am a victim of fraud. Someone ordered a galaxy tablet on my account and was even able to add a new line for that. I don't have any idea about these.They managed to book my account for monthly plan to pay towards the tablet. I tried to call the anti fraud  department, but they are not picking up calls and i have already contacted fido about it. I am really stressed. I am stressed. I need help as soon as possible.

Sorry to hear someone fraudulently ordered a device on your account, in your case, it would be better for you to contact customer service and let them know and they can refer your account to the fraud department and someone should contact you. If you contact them directly just leave a message and someone will contact you.

 

In the meantime, you should change your passwords and cancel any credit cards attached to the account you might also want to follow the steps here.
