I was trying to change the number of rings before cake go to voicemail. Now my voicemail does not work at all. When I don't answer, the caller gets the message "sorry, I csnnot complete that call"

I believe I need to redirect callers to voicemail but can't find how. 

Any suggestions?

Thank you. That worked so now I am back to my original question. I entered *61*+16478395028**25#. Is the 25 the length of time before it goes to VM? I tried larger numbers but it does not seem to change. Is there a solution to this? 

Hello again @bheym, yes the 25 would be the ring time see here for more info I provided regarding this. If this method doe snot work for you then you can contact customer service directly and they can actually add it to your account on their end.
