First Bill

I visited a fido store and activated my new plan on Aug 24th. The sales representative told me to pay for my bill on Aug 25th. But when I log in to my account, my account balance is 0. When can I pay for my first bill?

Since you activate the line on the 24th that means your billing cycle will be 25th-24th each month the invoice takes a few days to be generated and posted to our accounts. 

 

Give it a few days and you should see the updated balance you should also get an email notification when the invoice is ready.
