I recently had a chat with a customer service specialist in order to resolve my billing problem. For the plan I was opted into I was promised discount amount of $15/mo. However, the first billing cycle contained two months and got $15 discount in total which resulted in $7.5/mo. I do understand Fido has a system where discount is applied to each billing cycle and not per month. It's a simple fixation for a simple problem but customer service representative kept on running in circle for an hour and haven't got anything fixed. I have chat logs that I would like to submit. Also, if there's anyone who can help with the problem I would appreciate it as I could not get it solved with customer service specialists.

Your first bill will generally include partial charges from the day that you activated the service until your cycle end date (partial charge) + a full month. You can find more info on this page.
