Trying to home internet set up. Please tell me why the process takes 40 mins to complete? Maybe its my fault for trying to do this online with a agent who could not explain while this process is taking so long.  The agent Kirandeep was rude and I was so disatisfied with the services from the customer support agent.  If the survey would have been sent after the chat I wouldve wrote my dissatisfaction there.

Are you trying to register for a new home internet service? If so and you are chatting with an online agent if you are not aware online agents usually chat with multiple customers at the same time and the process can take a bit longer than expected, you can always register yourself on fido.ca and the process would be much faster.
