When I pay my mobile bill through the fido webite by a credit card, I need a receipt or proof of payment with the paid amount on it for accounting purposes. How can I receive it please?

When you process a credit card payment through our website an automatic confirmation should be sent to you by email.
If you don't see it in your Inbox I would suggest taking a look in your junk or spam folders just to be sure that it wasn't accidentally redirected there.
