Fido service via app and webportal inaccessible

Im having a trouble accessing the fido app and webportal. It freezes. I try to troubleshoot by uninstalling and reinstalling the app and even using my phone own browser but it kinda looks like something is wrong with your service. The data and WiFi connection is pretty good, then why accessing your service is a bit of a headache for me. Can someone please help me

Sorry to read about your situation with the app. From what I understand, you are also not able to access your account for the web (instead of from the app), is that right?


Can you also please provide the following information:


- Your province

- The Fido app version you see installed on your device

- Your device's make and model

- Your device OS version
