Fido has been overcharging on each of my bills and earlier this year in the month of Jan I tried to figure out why was I over changed and that led to a delay on the payment of that month. It's no strange news to us that their customer service is horrendous, and you can never reach out to them when you need them. Eitherway I gave up and paid off my entire wrongfully overcharged bill the following month and now I see they sent my bill to the Aro collections department without giving me any notice. I don't know what to do. My credit score has been dropped by over 100 points. I'm extremely stressed at this point. I don't have the disposable income to pay the collections and keep paying Fido's overcharges ( mind you all I use my phone for is the internet and no calls, and I get slapped with random charges to bills even though I am on a 39 dollar monthly prepaidplan)
I don't know what to do . I have paid all my Fido bill in full and now can't afford to pay the collections nor can I afford to having my credit score being hit so hard. Please help someone

Hello Ana-d,
Welcome to the community!
Sorry to hear of your situation. However, you should note the forums are community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. We would not have access to customers' accounts nor be able to assist with specific account issues. If you wished to assistance with your matter, you would need to contact customer service. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.
That said, have you had a chance to view the detailed billing? You should be able to view the additional charges in those details. You should be able view those details via your My Account --> View & Manage Bill. From there, you should be able to Save and/or Print a PDF copy of your bill. Alternatively, you should also be able to access those call details by clicking on Usage summary.
In addition, could you please clarify what type of plan you have?

If you are receiving bills, that would suggest you have a post-paid plan. Pre-paid offerings would not allow for additional usage unless there are sufficient funds already in your account.
Hope this helps 😀
