The "refer-a-friend" discount was a total nightmare! It was difficult to follow the steps, and even after I double-checked everything, my referral still got rejected.
To Fido:
If you're going to offer a referral program, it should be easy to understand and use. Don't advertise discounts that are impossible to get! Don't waste customers' time and get their hopes up with a program that's impossible to benefit from!
